Vintage Off White Butter Bell Keeper/ Holder Jar Crock

Fabulous to add to or create a new collection. Ironstone is so versatile and can work into any décor! These are unmarked.

This French Butter keeper has blue stripes on a white ironstone and has a removable lid which was used to house the butter. The crock would have held water in it to help keep the butter cool. When in use you would simply flip the lid to rest on the crock to serve the butter inside the "bell"

No Chips or No Cracks, there is some normal wear on the bottom of the crock and top of the bell.  These crocks have a nice shiny glaze makes this especially attractive, and a unique find.
