Delivery and Returns from the Farm
Shipping...
Here at Lizzy Lane Farm, we’re a full-time working farm, so we ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most of our shipments are sent via the US Postal Service, and we provide tracking information for every order. For heavier packages that don’t meet USPS weight requirements, we’ll use UPS to get them to you safely.
We’re also happy to ship internationally! We’ll choose the most reliable shipping method, but please note that tracking is available upon request for an additional fee.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders $99 and over to any US or APO address! Our shopping cart will automatically remove shipping charges at checkout.
Returns...
Due to the nature of our products, returns aren’t generally accepted. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us at LizzyLaneFarm@i.cloud.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Guidelines (For Eligible Returns):
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipment date.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
- We accept returns on full-sized products (no exchanges), as long as they are at least 50% full and received within 30 days of purchase.
- Once a return label is provided, the package must be received at our facility within 2 weeks to qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to find a solution. For lost or damaged packages in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly.
How to Return a Product (If Eligible):

Contact Us – Email LizzyLaneFarm@i.cloud.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide the next steps.

Print Your Return Shipping Label – A return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item and include the completed return form (if provided). Affix the return label and drop it off with the designated carrier.
All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the return label being issued to qualify for a refund.
