From our New England stillroom in the mountain house to your home.
Shipping
All orders are packed by hand from our mountain house stillroom. To keep our workflow steady and dependable, we ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Most parcels travel through USPS, and each one includes tracking.
Heavier packages may ship via UPS for safe delivery.
We’re happy to ship internationally. We’ll choose the most reliable service for your location; tracking may be added upon request for an additional fee.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on U.S. and APO orders of $99 or more.
Your cart will automatically remove shipping charges at checkout.
Returns
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, botanical, aromatic, or vintage in nature, returns are generally not accepted.
However, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at LizzyLaneFarm@icloud.com
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dusting powders (full-size + samples)
- Powder puffs (crochet or vintage-style)
- Perfume oils
- Herbs, teas, and botanical blends
- Sachets, potpourri, and drawer/linen scents
- Any item containing loose powders or botanicals
These personal-use items cannot be resold once opened or handled.
Returnable Items (When Eligible)
The following may be eligible for return only if unused, in original condition, and returned in full:

Vintage powder dishes & lids

Glass, ceramic, or metal vessels

Non-consumable accessories

Gift items without botanical contents
Sets (such as a dish paired with powder or a puff) must be returned as a complete, unused set to qualify.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ship the Item Back
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please use a trackable method and pack items securely. -
Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund (minus shipping) will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Please contact USPS or UPS directly to initiate a damage claim (photos are usually required).

After filing your claim, you may also contact us with photos and your claim number so we can assist if needed.
For lost packages, customers should begin a missing-mail search or claim with the carrier, as they are able to verify scans and last known locations.
A Note From the Stillroom
Each parcel is wrapped with care here in our mountain house, using herbs, twine, and the same attention we bring to our daily work. Vintage pieces may have tiny age-earned marks that reflect their long lives—these are part of their story and are not considered defects.
