Here at Lizzy Lane Farm, we’re a full-time working farm, so we ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most of our shipments are sent via the US Postal Service, and we provide tracking information for every order. For heavier packages that don’t meet USPS weight requirements, we’ll use UPS to get them to you safely.

We’re also happy to ship internationally! We’ll choose the most reliable shipping method, but please note that tracking is available upon request for an additional fee.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders $99 and over to any US or APO address! Our shopping cart will automatically remove shipping charges at checkout.

Returns...

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return something, please reach out to us first by phone or email. There might be a simpler solution we can offer. Due to the nature of our products, returns aren’t generally accepted, but contact us at Karyn@LizzyLaneFarm.com if you’re experiencing any issues.

Any return shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We're here to help in any way we can!
