Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products — many of which are handcrafted, botanical, aromatic, or vintage — returns are generally not accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at LizzyLaneFarm@icloud.com
within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend ordering a sample size when available.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Dusting powders (full-size and samples)

Powder puffs

Perfume oils

Herbs, teas, and botanical blends

Sachets, potpourri, and linen or drawer scents

Any item containing loose powders or botanicals
These items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, and quality reasons.
Select non-consumable items (such as vintage vessels or accessories) may be eligible for return only if unused, in original condition, and approved in advance. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
