Christmas orders are now being shipped. Last day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 17th. Orders may still be placed after the 17th & we will work hard to get them delivered as soon as we can, but there is no guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas.
This cute smaller Victorian bottle is marked Burnett, Boston, and is referring to Joseph Burnett, a well-known Boston druggist, who established an apothecary and later manufacturing business in Boston during the mid-1800s. He is credited with manufacturing and marketing the first commercially available flavoring extracts in the United States. The most common was Vanilla extract.
This particular bottle does have cloudy spots and rust-colored deposits inside the glass. It has no chips or cracks and is in nice vintage condition. It is marked B on the bottom.
