Each morning in the Summer Kitchen begins the same way, by opening jars. Lavender, chamomile, anise pods, dried petals from the cutting garden. There’s no recipe, no plan, just intuition and a table full of botanicals gathered through the seasons.

Today’s Blend is the result: a spontaneous, aromatic potpourri that sets the tone for the day. Fragrant, joyful, and full of whatever the morning feels like, herbs, seeds, dried flowers, and a touch of essential oil. Every batch is unique. No two days are ever quite the same.

I like to tuck a small scoop into outgoing orders when I can, but the scent often disappears before I get the chance. Now, by request, it’s available as a listing of its own.
