The Sweet Pause Before the Day

Tea is often just water and leaves — but it’s also something more. It’s the fire crackling in the early woods, the chill in the air, the moment the steam rises from the mug. Sometimes, a touch of honey or a leaf of stevia is all it takes to turn the ordinary into comfort.

These are our quiet additions — simple, real, and meant to be part of something personal.

Herbal Tea Blends – Crafted with Intention

Our herbal blends are made the old way — one bowl at a time, using whole, thoughtfully chosen ingredients. Every flower, root, and peel is selected for its purpose and its story, then gently blended to support rest, clarity, or comfort.

From the deep warmth of a hibiscus rosehip blend to the gentle hush of lavender and lemon balm, each is a stillroom recipe — simple, seasonal, and meant to be steeped with intention.

Whole Ingredients, Nothing Else

We use only full pieces of herbs, petals, spices, and fruit. No fillers, powders, or flavorings.

Small-Batch & Seasonal

Made in-house in small batches, many blends are available only during certain times of year.

The Brewing Guide – A Companion to Every Cup

This simple guide was created to walk beside your daily cup — from the first scoop to the last sip. It’s a practical piece, yes, but also a keepsake: something to tuck in your journal, hang on the inside of a cupboard door, or pass along with a gifted tin of tea.

We’ll be offering an updated scroll-style version soon, but for now, this one holds all the essential wisdom: steeping times, iced tea methods, and how many cups each bag will brew.

Why We Made the Guide

The free tea brewing guide peeking out from a floral journal ready to make tea

Short Story:

After years of making tea in kitchen kettles, enamel pots, and cast iron campfire percolators, we found ourselves writing notes — on steeping times, on flavor pairings, on how much tea one scoop really makes. That’s how this guide was born.

It isn’t flashy. But it’s helpful. And it comes from the same spirit as everything else here — made to be used, worn soft with time, and passed to someone else when the moment feels right.

Covers All the Basics- Helps You Brew with Confidence

  • Steeping times, water temperatures, and iced tea brewing for any kind of day.
  • Perfect for beginners or seasoned steepers alike — no second-guessing needed.
