A slow-living blend from the stillroom, lavender, chamomile, and soft balsam to ease the day away.
There’s a moment, often just before dusk, when the house goes quiet, the last light catches the windows, and the day sighs itself to a close. Drifting Away was blended for that time, for soft endings, slow evenings, and the quiet joy of doing nothing at all.
The Blend
This calming incense brings together herbs and resins known for their grounding and soothing properties. You’ll find:
- Lavender, for clarity and peace
- Chamomile, with its soft apple-sweet scent
- White sage, for depth and balance
- Notes of vanilla and balsam to round it all out with comfort
Hand-blended in small batches, this loose incense was made to be sprinkled—pinch by pinch—onto a smoldering charcoal disc, allowing each note to release slowly and gently into the air.
How to Use
Drifting Away is ideal for:
- Evening rituals and self-care routines
- Slow mornings or rainy-day afternoons
- Bedtime wind-downs and meditation
- Creating a quiet, sacred space—anywhere you are
Burn on a charcoal disc in a heat-safe dish with a base of sand, salt, or ash. Add a pinch at a time to enjoy the gentle release of fragrance.

I have never used loose incense before and I am pretty happy on how lovely it is.
