Notes

Farm Fresh dried organic Red Rose Buds and Petals. Ours are open and closed buds with the base attached. Some loose petals are in there too. These are small dime to quarter size with a deep red color. Just beautiful.

Red rosebuds are very pretty for potpourri, as a wedding toss, in a sachet, favors, soap, and other bath products. A customer of ours recently sent me some heavenly scented bubbling bath bombs with our dried roses in them. I couldn’t wait to try it and instantly fell in love with it.

Enjoy our free recipe for our Floral Wedding throw, flower mix:

12 cups (8 ounces) Red Rose Buds and Petals
5 cups (4 ounces) Chamomile
4 cups (4 ounces) Lavender buds

Let's make a perfect pot of Rose tea: (4 servings)

Clip and discard bitter white bases from 2 cups of rose petals; rinse petals thoroughly and to your teapot, cover with 3 cups of boiling water.-- allow boiling water to cool a little (the recommended temperature is between 190°F and 205°F (87°-96°C)) allow to steep for 5 minutes and strain into your teacup. Add rock sugar or honey to taste.

Rose also blends well with peppermint, spearmint, lavender, anise star, and many other herbs found in our shop.
