Benzoin of Sumatra Resin Incense
A little ritual for the busy woman who craves a moment of peace…
Life moves fast, but your home can be your sanctuary. Benzoin of Sumatra resin is a simple, natural way to slow down, take a deep breath, and create a space that feels warm, grounding, and inviting. Its rich balsamic aroma, with soft hints of vanilla and florals, wraps your home in a cozy embrace—perfect for those who love cottagecore simplicity, herbal apothecary traditions, and the beauty of everyday rituals.
Why You’ll Love It
For the woman juggling a busy life—work, family, endless to-do lists—this resin is a small but meaningful way to reset. Whether you light it in the morning with a cup of tea, during an evening wind-down, or while reading your favorite book, it transforms the space around you into a place of calm and comfort.
Details & Scent
Packaged in a petite cork-topped apothecary bottle, each contains ½ oz. by volume (approx. 0.7 oz. by weight). The bottle stands 2.5" tall x 7/8" in diameter—a generous amount that lasts a long time.
How to Use
Benzoin resin does not burn on its own and requires a charcoal disc for use.
- Prepare a heatproof bowl with about 1" of sand, ash, or salt to disperse heat.
- Light a charcoal disc using tongs and place it in the bowl. Let it heat up for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle a pinch of resin onto the hot charcoal. The resin will smolder, releasing its rich, warm fragrance.
- Enjoy the soothing scent. Add more resin as needed.
- When finished, let everything cool completely before discarding the ashes.
Caution
🔥 Never leave burning resins unattended. Always use a heat-safe dish.
For the woman who finds beauty in simple pleasures, who loves the scent of aged wood, dried herbs, and fresh air through an open window—this is for you. A little moment of stillness, wrapped in nature’s scent.
