Elderberry Twist Herbal Infusion Tea

This minty infusion blends organic Spearmint, organic Lavender, and organic Elderberry to create a beautifully balanced, calming tea. These herbs may give a quick boost to your system when feeling a bit drawn out.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Boil water to 212° f.  and pour 8 oz. of water over 1/2 heaping Tbsp of tea and steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy warm with a spoonful of honey or over ice. CAFFEINE FREE. *This herbal blend is not to be consumed during pregnancy.
