Simple Stillroom Recipe
Chamomile-Mint Evening Blend (1 cup)
- 1 large pinch Chamomile
- 1 small pinch Peppermint
- 1 small pinch Lemon Balm
Add to your Tea Ball Infuser or bamboo strainer and steep in hot (not boiling) water for 5–10 minutes. Sip warm or serve over ice. Compost the herbs and refill your jars as needed. It's a ritual that never gets old.
