Organic Yarrow Flower & Leaf – Achillea millefolium | Fresh Dried Herb for Tea, Tincture, Bath & Folklore Remedies
Wild and wise, yarrow grows along the field edges and quiet paths—offering beauty, resilience, and generations of herbal use in every feathery leaf.
Herbal Overview
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is one of the most beloved and time-honored herbs in folk medicine and herbal apothecaries. With its soft, fern-like leaves and delicate, cream-white flowers, it has been used for centuries for its astringent, cooling, and balancing properties.
Our cut and sifted blend includes flower, leaf, and stem—wildcrafted or organically grown in the U.S., just like the yarrow that grows freely along the winding paths of our own farm and northern summer fields. Yarrow has a subtle, earthy scent and a slightly bitter taste, perfect for balancing herbal blends or crafting traditional remedies.

Stillroom Notes
Yarrow has always felt like an old friend. It grows here at the farm in quiet patches where the land hasn’t been disturbed. I’ve seen it blooming along the gravel road near our summer home in the North Country too, swaying in the breeze beside the milkweed and asters. When harvested fresh and dried slowly, its beauty and magic stay with it. It’s one of the first herbs I reach for when I need something grounding and wise.
