A Tea as Bold as the Woman Who Inspired It
This bright and refreshing herbal infusion is a tribute to one of New Hampshire’s most fascinating figures; Madame Antoinette Sherri, a Paris-born costume designer and socialite known for her extravagant parties during the Roaring '20s. The blend is light, lemony, and subtly minty, the sort of tea we imagine she might have served her guests, perhaps chilled with a twist of lemon and a garden sprig, as they gathered on the terrace of her now-legendary “castle.”
Her home, once nestled in the forested hills of Chesterfield, NH, still draws curious visitors who wander the woods of what is now Madame Sherri Forest, marveling at the moss-covered stone staircase that once led to her private quarters.

We first sipped this lemon-mint blend on a sunny bench near Madame Sherri’s Forest, with birdsong in the trees and summer light dappling the path. It quickly became one of our go-to everyday teas—gentle, refreshing, and steeped in a bit of local legend. Every cup brings us back to that quiet moment, and to the magic of a woman who dared to live life with flair.
