Ice Castle Scottish Caramel Toffee Tea – Pu-erh Dessert Tea with Butterscotch & Almond | Loose Leaf Winter Blend
Inspired by New Hampshire’s Winter Ice Castles in North Woodstock
Each winter, the fields near North Woodstock transform into a world of frozen towers, glowing corridors, and cascading ice falls; New Hampshire’s Ice Castles. Lit from within by colorful lights, each castle is built entirely from ice and sculpted by nature's hand—no two winters the same. We visit every year, just after dark, wrapped in scarves and wonder. It’s cold and beautiful, mysterious and fleeting. And this tea, Ice Castle, was blended to capture that moment.
Deep, earthy pu-erh tea from China meets the buttery sweetness of Scottish caramel and toffee. Butterscotch and roasted almond lend a richness that feels like stepping into warmth after an icy walk. A dessert tea through and through—comforting, complex, and a little bit indulgent.

Stillroom Notes
The idea for this blend was born during one of our mid-winter pilgrimages to North Woodstock’s Ice Castles. We return each year just after sunset, when the sky turns deep blue and the castles begin to glow. There’s something timeless about those illuminated arches and frozen towers—fragile, yet powerful. Ice Castle Tea is our warm companion for the drive home, a cup of sweetness to brighten the long New England nights.
Suggested Pairings
Pairs perfectly with Wildflower Honey Stix, Stevia Leaf, or a plate of shortbread cookies. Try it alongside our Herbal Moth Repellent Sachets for a comforting cold-weather gift set.
