✤
Lizzy’s Lilacs is a tribute to the lilac tree that grows beside our hand-dug well — planted generations ago by Elizabeth “Lizzy” Lane herself. Light, floral, and softly grounded, this powder captures the fleeting beauty of New Hampshire’s most beloved spring bloom: familiar, elegant, and deeply comforting.
The scent recalls lilacs carried on cool morning air — blossoms just opened, touched by damp earth and old fieldstone. A spring floral meant to be used daily, returned to often, and kept close.

From the Farm
Every spring, our land fills with the scent of lilacs. The most beloved bush grows beside a moss-capped fieldstone well, dug by hand generations ago. In the stillness of early morning, its fragrance drifts across the yard — sweet, fleeting, unforgettable.
Lilacs are the flower of New Hampshire, found along barnyards and old cellar holes, each bloom a quiet marker of time. Lizzy’s Lilacs is a way to hold onto that moment — a breath of spring, kept for whenever it’s needed.
In the stillroom hangs a framed piece of hand-stitched linen, worked by my great-great-grandmother and resting in the same worn frame she chose herself. Faded and timeworn, it carries her handprint through time — much like the lilac bush she planted beside the well.
This powder is more than a spring fragrance. It is a thread in the tapestry of this farm — a whisper from generations past, and a nod to the women who quietly tended their herbs, stitched their stories, and built something meant to last.
