Turning the Page to Autumn: Seasonal Woods & Weather

Customer review of Pressed Leaves fall dusting powder — five stars, favorite autumn body powder with refillable glass shaker and Archive Cards. The Stillroom is blending again, turning the page to autumn with a newly updated collection — Seasonal Woods & Weather. This series has been thoughtfully reformulated, renamed, and repackaged to better reflect the memory and rhythm of the season.

Each blend remains hand-milled in small batches with organic powders, natural fragrance oils, and essential oils — just as before. What has changed is the way we present them: new names that tell the story more clearly, fresh archival packaging that honors the Stillroom tradition, and two practical formats that make sense for everyday use and long-term keeping.

  • Glass Apothecary Shakers — made to be our everyday consumable. Functional, refillable, and beautiful enough to sit on a dresser or shelf.
  • Bulk Refills (6 oz and 12 oz) — wrapped in kraft with twine and brass. One 6 oz refill fills a shaker one and a half times; the 12 oz option is available as our Archive Edition, complete with the full suite of collectible Stillroom Cards.

One of the first to return this season is Pressed Leaves — Field No. 091, a blend of woodsmoke, citrus, and fading peony leaf. It has quickly become a favorite again, and we are deeply grateful for the thoughtful reviews being shared. ✨ Your words mean so much to us. Each review not only helps others discover Stillroom Dusting Powders, but also affirms that this slow tradition of scent and memory has a place in our busy world.

The Seasonal Woods & Weather page now gathers these blends together in one place — Pressed Leaves, Amber Ferns, October Air, and more. Whether autumn is unfolding outside your door, or you live in a place where spring is just beginning, these blends are available year-round, so you can keep close the moment that speaks to you.

We invite you to explore the page, read the stories, and perhaps find your own ritual in the Archive.

Each powder is a fragment of season and hearth — gathered, pressed, and meant for keeping, like frost caught on the last bloom of autumn.
