Honeycomb Brick is as simple and rich as it sounds — pure honey, warm and golden, folded into powder. In the farmhouse pantry it rests in a covered crock, set back just enough to hide from curious little hands. Because given the chance, someone will always sneak a taste, thinking no one will notice the sweetness missing.

Every so often, though, the crock is nudged forward — for birthdays, for holidays, for those moments when the pantry feels like it should give up something extra sweet. The crock itself is a story: salt-glazed, its cracks filled with the color of fire-baked pottery, made by my grandfather on the family farm at Diamond Ridge in Concord, our capital city. A vessel as enduring as the honey it held, both made to last, both meant for keeping.

The kind of story my grandmother would have framed and tucked onto a pantry shelf, so no one could forget where sweetness truly begins.

Ingredients

Talc-free. Cornstarch-free.
Organic arrowroot, kaolin & bentonite clays, premium fragrance (pressed comb, beeswax, pure golden honey). Gentle, breathable, and suitable for everyday use.
